Location near the River Cam provides easy access to the city center, perfect for leisurely strolls. Free parking option available for direct bookings, which is a huge bonus in a city with tight restrictions on parking.
Decor throughout feels outdated and could use a refresh. it leaves an impression of weariness. The heating system seems inconsistent, with some rooms getting too hot while others feel chilly. Internet connection unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected. Limited breakfast choices, with the coffee served in flasks lacking the freshness of a brewed cup. Steep, narrow stairs to navigate can be challenging for those with luggage.

Had a great time with friends exploring the Cambridge Folk Festival and enjoying punting on the River Cam. The breakfast was delicious, and the location is perfect for reaching main attractions. The staff were super friendly and accommodating.
The only downside was that the shower was quite small, which was a bit inconvenient, but it didn't ruin our experience.

i had a cozy stay for one night at arundel house hotel, the location was good, just a short walk to the city! the breakfast staff were super friendly, and the early check in was really helpful. my room was nice and spacious, a large single room that made me feel comfy.
but the beds were kinda uncomfortable and there was a little dust in my room. also, i wished the parking fees were clearer, felt a bit sneaky.

The central location made it easy to explore local attractions, and the continental breakfast offered a good variety. the standard of the room was disappointing. it was worn and unclean with visible mould in the shower and stained bedding. the lack of a lift made accessing the higher floors more difficult.

Cozy stay with a fab breakfast
We had such a lovely time! Super location – easy to walk around and see everything. Parking was a major bonus. The hosts really made us feel at home, and the breakfast was on another level with artisan croissants and homemade jams. Just wish the communal areas were a little fresher.

Ideal for Cambridge explorers
I spent 2 nights in a cozy single room and loved how close it was to the University and city center. The breakfast was solid, and I enjoyed the restaurant in the evenings. Just a heads up, the check-in process took a while, so be prepared for that. a comfy spot for exploring!

Recommend for a lightning trip
Affordable hotel, convenient location, with a nice view across the river and friendly 24-hour reception staff.
Don’t have any issues at all.

missingWrote a review on 22 Maypoor wi-fi
The room fell short of expectations and did not match our reservation, which was an inconvenience. The absence of air conditioning made it less comfortable, particularly with noise from outside chiller units keeping the window closed ineffective. Wi-Fi was unreliable, making tasks frustrating during our stay, and the breakfast variety felt overly limited given the location's competition.

This was an excellent fit for a brief pit stop in Cambridge with decent value for money. The breakfast staff were great, accommodating us with fresh coffee even after we were late for breakfast. Just make sure to check the breakfast hours to avoid missing out.
